Do you travel ?
Yes, we love traveling to film your wedding. We can come to your wedding wherever it is. We don’t charge travel fees if you are close to our Locations. If not, there will be a $1000 flat fee that will cover all of our travel expenses.
Can I choose my own music for the wedding video?
Licensing rights for popular music from well-known artists are very expensive. Your wedding video will include nice music from less-known artists to avoid potential penalties and even lawsuits when you decide to post your video on social media.
What happens if we need to reschedule our wedding because of Covid or some other force majeure ?
We will apply your deposit to your new day as long as we are not already booked.
What is your turnaround time ?
We strive to have your video completed within 8-10 weeks. If you are interested in rush service, try our ADD ON and have your video delivered within 2 weeks.
Will a wedding videographer tell us how to pose so we'll look good in our wedding video ?
Our preferred style is fly-on-the-wall, so we will not stage you in situations that didn’t happen naturally on your wedding day. When you are comfortable and having fun, you will naturally look good. Our mission is to capture all of the important moments of your wedding while being unobtrusive.
Will a wedding photographer tell us how to pose ?
Yes. We firmly believe that it’s a job of every wedding photographer by using creative lighting, unique compositions, perspectives and angles to bring out clients personalities while telling their wedding story.
All of our photographers will communicate how to pose and look good.
